DA ROOF, DA ROOF, DA ROOF is on fire

this may get a tad monotonous, but its ADD...

I was on my way back to bed, since I'm not working anymore, I can do that...ahhhhh...anyway I thought, Ive had my coffee, but not that first smoke of the day (cigarettes), so I go out on my front porch to smoke. ADDhubby hates when I go outside in my PJs, but hes still asleep. Its somewhat cold and I don't have on any shoes so I am crouched in my doorway trying to get my smoke on...I flick an ash, that flies into a stack of fallen, dry leaves.

Upon careful inspection of the leaves, I notice that while I do have trees in my front yard, the make, consistency and type of leaves that are burning next to me are from my neighbors trees. I'm pissed that his leaves are causing a forest fire hazard to me and mine (forget that its me smoking) and I completely lose sight of the potential fire. Although I know I should come inside to get water, but in my ADD world, I come to my computer to write my neighbor a letter. Now someone is knocking on my front door...hope its not the fire dept...
