I was going to say Normal, but that would be a stretch for me...so I'll say that everybody is gone out of my house...YEAH Baby!
I've decided that my grandson and his dad (ADDson#1) have the same affect on me...I love them and cant wait to see them, but after a day or two...that euphoric feeling turns to "pissed the fuck off". I long for the days of being a grandmother where you can go pick the kid up and take them back home after a few hours or the next morning...with ADD-GB, he lives in another state, so when we get him...its on us 24-7...I don't envy any mama with kids under 16, that shit is work. I put his little ass in daycare when he comes to visit, because I got a routine of sleep, TV, little homework, nap, shower bout 4 pm, read, etc...you get the point...very little time for Barney, Calliou, or whatever the hell that PBS stuff is.
Another reason why I get so exhausted is because his mom has different rules than Ro-Ro....Ro-Ro don't play that talking back, yelling "NO", temper tantrum shit...I only have to remind him a few times where he is at, but by the time he gets with the program, its time to go back to partyville (with his momma)....I love my little Xan-man, but I'm glad he's gone.
I don't think that I've ever blogged about my momma and its for no other reason than I have so much other stuff going on, she gets lost in the shuffle. I love my mommy, she lives on the west coast and I have not seen her since April. I really miss her, not like I missed the aforementioned folks, but in a safe, secure, sitting in her lap kinda way. I love when she visits...she cooks and cleans and hugs me all the time. I guess I'm missing being her little princess....boy those were the days!
My momma is beautiful, funny, smart, sexy and single. My step-dad of 30 + years dies 5 years ago and while I personally don't really give a damn, I know that she gets lonely and she does not deserve that. I also found out (a few years ago) that my momma was a freak when she was younger (hell probably still is)...I'll have to detail that another day.
Sorry nothing good today...I'm tired..and I've got a hot date with Tivo...I might get lucky (that none of my shows were deleted to make space for bullshit).
